When will I receive my order?
Weirdo is dedicatedly working to provide the best service to you. The order is once confirmed over a call and ideally the product is delivered within 7 working days post that.
What do I do if I never received my order?
Do not worry. Weirdo is here to hear to all that you have to say, you can either contact us using the contact form, or the social media pages or email us your query at weirdo.in19@gmail.com.
What do I do if I received a defective order?
We make the experience hassle free for our customers. In case of defective product contact us within 24 hours of delivery, we will ask you for a few details and effortlessly solve all that you have and want.
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
You can either place a new order completely cancelling the initial one or can contact us via the contact form or email us directly at weirdo.in19@gmail.com and we will assist you with the same.
Where are you located?
The head office is located in Delhi NCR however we have branches in Chandigarh and Lucknow too.
